do your dome lights work? for some reason the clock and radio work off the dome light fuse in my 89.. Check it just to be sure.

idk... It may just be something my dumbass PO did, its worth a try though. Mine has radio and clock fuses too, but when I pull the dome light fuse neither one works..

there are 2 wire connectors on top of the steering column shaft underneath the dash board.. and wide flat one and a bulkier stubby one... give the stubby one a couple good wiggles and make sure its securely connected to the other half of the connector and you should get a difference... also making sure all your fuses are good.....

one other question though.... have you checked to make sure your turn signals work also
