First time user. Bought my son a 1998 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo V8 5.2. Its having some wierd electrical issues. While driving the dash lights flicker and sometimes go out completely, the locks automatically lock at 20-25 but then continue to lock randomly. Dome light comes on while driving and now the horn started honking like in alarm mode. HELP

That's just the Chrysler Welcome, lol.
Clean and re-seat the connectors for the instrument panel for starters, along with battery, engine and chassis grounds. Beyond that I'm not so familiar with the Grand Cherokees. If they have a body control module? That's the usual culprit in other vehicles with these sort of symptoms.

i agree with cleaning all the ground connections, but it also sounds somewhat like a low voltage issue, i would recomend having the alternator tested
