electric fan question

does anyone know what temp the electric fan should kick on to regulate the temp? I have a 2000 sport and it has a clutch fan but the gauge is registering 210 and the electric fan is not on. Thoughts?

I think it's 220* for the aux fan, and it also comes on when the A/C or defroster is on.

the e fan is supposed to kick on at 220
