I just posted about this no more then 24 hours ago! Let it idle untill it should be no card board in front of the grill will speed it up. Then use a test light to see if you have power to the fan. Post with what you find.

i let my jeep idle for an hour the other day it wont go over 210 because its like 25 30 degrees out im going outside to try the test light

Try changing the relay with a known good one, turn your AC on and see if the fan comes on. If it does not, check for voltage at the fan. If you have voltage, its time for a new one. If not, you might have to chase some wires.
