Did this when i first got my xj, never really noticed that noone else had solved the problem....but, well, here i go. The only thing you have to do to fix you wiper spray from spraying crazy and not even on your window is to merely take a air compressor and shoot air in each side.....AND THATS IT!!! it takes all of 5 seconds......only drawback is that i do miss spraying wiper fluid on the cars behind me
