Exclamation Dynomat use!!!!!

Okay so I piulled up the factory dynomat stuff and now im left with this sticky tar residue, I decided to just buy a some actual dynomat and place that over the sticky tar. my question is this:

Can I use Dynomat Sound Deadner as A thermal Block for heat????

Please answer urgently I am about to run out and buy it right now. I see no problem with using it for this purpose. it may infact make the road noise less b/c im not putting carpet back into the jeep....

Yes you can use Dyno-mat as an insulator. I know many who do,

You just need to make sure that the area is perfectly clean.
