Default dual electric fan setup?

im in a jam, i recently installed a new fan clutch. i have a cfs 3 row radiator which is bigger than stock. when my engine is under load my new fan clutch hits my new rad. it sprun a leak but i fixed it. i took off the fan clucth and am looking at this kit off ebay from procomp. i have motor mounts on the way because i know this is what caused my problem in the first place. my jeep never came with an electrical fan and im unsure how to wire a dual fan setup. wiring is not my cup of tea. can someone help me out?

it looks like a good set up but i don't see any cfm ratings you are going to want about a 3000 plus cfm rating to keep it cooled correctly

Im in the process of doing a Dodge/Plymouth Neon dual fan conversion next week. I grabbed a dual fan setup for $20 from the JY and I'm going to put it in my 94 CK. If you can wait till next week sometime I will post how I made out...Tj
BTW the CFM on the newer fans from the neon are 2700 cfm AFAIK it could be more but I have to find out for sure.

Here is your over kill. Two 2000 CFM fans on a shroud. These are the strongest 11" fans you can get.

A Cherokee without A/C probably does not have the electric fan.

Then you will need to add an electric fan for it to work while idling

I like my 2 speed Ford Touras fan. 2000 CFM low with a 4000 CFM High. To wire it up simply use a couple of relays. You run your power source through the relay to the fan. Using a switch wired to the relay whenever the switch is turned on the fan will cut on. The relay keeps the high current from running through the switch that is drawn by the fan.

I'm with you if I do it I'm going with the Taurus fan It is a Ford 8C607 fan and is advertised as having 2500 CFM on low speed and 4500 CFM on high by most sources. It comes in the 90 to 95 Ford Taurus and Lincoln Mark VIII with the 3.8 litre engine. It seems to be the best and one of the cheapest.

Yep, a lot of guys in the hot rod crowds use them to for V8 swaps. The main thing about them is you can't get them anywhere but in the J/Y anymore. The remanufactured ones don't put out what the OME ones do.
