The springs go on the park brake strut, forward brake end. Not sure about c clips and washer, but They might be on the park brake arm where it attaches to shoe ?

Spring goes on parking brake strut.

Horseshoe clip and washer will hold parking brake lever to the shoe

Just thinking... if you're new to this whole working on cars thing, and we all were once... might be a good idea to DL the YouTube APP and watch a few videos before tearing apart your brakes. When a lot of us started we only had books with crappie pictures to learn from, or a drunk uncle. You can get a lot of tips and tricks online from videos. And.... never watch just one. Some guys don't know what they're doing.

Good luck, have fun, and welcome to the forum.
