Default Dropping a cylinder

My 2001 Cherokee started dropping a cylinder and giving me a 0203 code (#3 open circuit). The injector electrical plug looks okay and I see no obvious wiring issues. More often than not, when I restart after a short stop, I get all six, however anywhere from one block to one mile down the road, I'm back to a five-banger. Any ideas?

Bad fuel injector is the primary suspect. Here is more on that code....
