recommeded... key word... buy it... install it... and then drive it to a shop that wil weld it for you right fast...

I welded the brackets to the frame, as well as bolted them up. I did this cause I didnt think that just bolting it up would be strong enough for the way I wheel.

I think you could put the brackets in place and mark and drill the holes, then have the sleeves welded in at a muffler shop.. SURE. I wouldn't recommend not welding them though.
