do you have the stock drive shaft in it still
I don't think you have a SYE or you wold not be having this problem
if you do in fact have a sye then your shaft is to short for the lift you have
lowering your jeep 1" will not give you 1" more bite on the shaft
depending on the angle you would be lucky to get 1/4" more

stock driveshaft have no clue, and you might be right on the sye, but as far as the lift kit its is an older trial master. but i had 2 inch blocks then i cracked one and the orielly auto parts near me only has 3 inches so i bought those just so i could have it sit and not get in the way while i waited for the 2 inches but the i drove it the the gas station long story short driveshaft fell out so then 2day i put in the 2inch blocks but the shaft still stuck out the same but before the 3 inches i never had a problem now i do so i dont know what to do

As stated, there is not a 1:1 relationship with lift height or transfercase height versus driveshaft length. As an example, on my front driveshaft, I had the axle flexing about 12" from droop to stuff (at the shock; the actual diff movement would be a bit less than that), and there was about 3/4" difference in the length of the driveshaft. 1" up or down will not translate to very much movement at all in the driveshaft. You need a longer driveshaft to run at the height you are at. No better or cheaper way around it.
