I've never been able to get my grease gun in there to hit the fittings, what do you guys use to get in there successfully? I been looking around for adapters but I cant seem to find what I'm looking for.

 

What grease fitting are you talking about? I'm assuming they're the ones on the double cardan u-joints and yes they're hard to get to but not impossible. a flexible hose for the grease gun would be the easiest way.

 

yes I mean those sorry. I have a flexible hose but the grease gun head itself is too large to get in there.

They make a skinny pin point grease adapter that will work. I think you can get one at the local parts store.
