Default Driveshaft ??

From my Tcase to front axle yoke is 27" will a 30" driveshaft work or is that to short?

You need to replace the one you have with one of the same length.

How much length should I allow for flexing?

If you don't have a shaft to compare it to just measure from yoke to yoke. To measure the shaft you want to extend the slip until its in the middle of the stroke then measure the shaft u-joint to u-joint.
