Drivers side window seal

Drivers side window seal
I have a 1995 xj 4door 206k. The vertical rubber seal that goes in between the sliding window and the fixed triangle window is shot on the front drivers side door . the rubber has broken down. I can hear wind coming in on the highway.
Has anybody ever replaced this before? Is it hard? anything i should know?
