Default Driver's side window.

So my driver's side window doesn't roll up or down very well anymore (89 4 door). It worked great for a while, then if I rolled it down all the way it wouldn't roll up unless I pulled it up from the glass at least part way, now I cannot roll it down without a lot of effort, so I think I need to replace those parts. Does anybody know where I can get them? this is a manual window, not electric.

Get it out and inspect spiral cable and regulator. I explain what I found wrong on my '90 in this post. I fixed mine for free by swapping ends. I think their is a youtube vid somewhere too.
