I had a chance to wash the salt off yesterday and was reminded of a rust issue I have been battling for the last three years. The only area I have yet to be able to fix permentaly is a common area. The rear drivers cargo window. In order to fix it permentaly I need to remove the window. I have tried to pop it out from the inside with no luck. I even went to the local pick in pull and tried to remove one there. It broke. So I'm stuck and dont wish to break mine. How have others removed these? I need to fix the rust before it takes over.

I dont know if there's a similar procedure to say front windscreen glass...where you use a wire method back and forth to break the seal. I would think it's just a rubber seal around that rear quarter window...but sometimes that's what I get for thinking... lol
I think there is no necessary to replace the window. Rust coming from metal frame of rubber. I solved this problem by cleaning the corrupted area with iron remover(Iron X etc.). You have to do that until bleeding stop coming. Dried with heat gun and then I sprayed the oil into all gaps between rubber and glass. I do spraying oil every time after carwash. One year now and no rust coming
