yes, the bottom hinge has play in it, but i dunno if i would call it up and down play...more like back and forth

i fixed mine by taking the bottom three hinge bolts off on the body side and slid small washers between the hinge and door around the bolt one at a time never hit since

well hopefully mine wont get that bad...i just took a cats paw to it like they told me to do with a screw driver, and bascially pulled the fender outwards from the jeep and that solved my problem...it must have gotten caught by the wind or a branch and pushed in enough to cath on my door, but now it's all good
