Driver window issue
Tried searching but maybe I am stupid and can't find the answer.
Driver window will not work. Switch bay controls and operates all other windows perfectly fine except for drivers window. Switch bank is all lit up and is getting power.
Bad motor? If so - is this a replacement?

Thanks!!

Welcome to the forum.
The linked regulator is listed as fitting your '99 Cherokee.
A good first step is to observe the dash voltage or current meter when attempting to raise or lower the window. Is there any effect on that gauge needle when turning on / off the window motor? Is there any audible noise?
A good second step is to remove the inner door card and liner, then unplug the motor.
Use a DC voltmeter to measure the voltage the vehicle supplies to the motor connector when the switch commands the window to raise, then lower.
The voltage should be the battery voltage, then the battery voltage reversed polarity.
If the vehicle is supplying the motor proper voltage and nothing is happening, then either the motor is bad, the regulator is jammed or both. Another guess is a broken cable or stripped motor gear.
