Pop your door panel and speaker off (phillips, torx screw) and then you can get a better look at it
Check the guides and make sure they are not out of whack

There is a (FUZZY CABLE) like thing about 2-3feet loon running thru the tubes in the window regulator that has a spiral wire wrap around it. when the motor spins this cable there is a sprial tube mounted on the regulator bracket attached to the window. when the sprial wire wrap around the fuzzy cable starts to rustyou begin to have problems, "windows start to go up and down slower and slower then does not go al the way down and gets stuck and you have to help it up. well jeep used to sell thease fyzzy cables and you can replace them yourself. i have done this before and it sucks. you really have tp pull out the regulator and clean all the rust from the tube and the track. and well lube it. i highly recomend to replace the whole regulator and motor assy but it cost a whole lot more. if you have 2-3 hours to spare see if jeep still sells thease fuzy cables and pull it all apart and clean it WELL and lube it very well. or you will be very dissapointed when you put it togeather and it does not work very well.

mine does the same thing. u need to take off the door panel and probably the speaker too. and look in there, if your window seal is all cracked, probably water and dirt got in there. im not sure what to use to clean it though. but when it is clean use the white lithuim grease on all the moving and sliding stuff. i just never gottin around to doing mine yet.
