Default Driver Side Window Problem

So I have tried everything and am exhausted. I'm working on a buddys 97 sport and the drivers window and rear window (on drivers side) won't go up or down. Both passenger side Windows work just fine from the drivers control panel and from the individual window. We have tried two different doors and a new motor and regulator with the same results. Can someone please help with this? I am out if ideas!

Have you checked the switches? If not take one of the known working switch and replace it with a non working window if the go up and down that's your problem. If not. It may be the wiring that goes through the door jamb they do break from the flexing of opening and closing of the doors. Hope this help.
Good luck
