Default Driver side coil spring

Does anyone else have a coil from rough country that is unevenly spaced? It has started to cause rubbing on my trackbar mount on my drivers side. I have included a few pics to show the issues. I am contacting rough country about the issue. Quick facts rough country 4.5 x series, control arm DB 99 xj 4.0. Any thoughts? The issue I have is at the bottom of my spring, if you look close they aren't evenly spaced and they sit close as hell to my inner frame.

WOW I have never seen that happen to a coil. My son in law wheels the heck out of his and that's never happened to him yet. I would definitely contact them and complain if I were you...Tj

I've been wheeling since 1977 and have not seen that happen so it must be defective metal or spring...Good luck...Tj

This, I think, might turn out to be your problem. Does the passenger side spring look the same? As far as the spacing of the coils? If so, then I would check clearance over there in the same spot, and see if there isn't a big gap. I would look more at the alignment of all your stuff, before just assuming the coils are wack.

also on your link arms make sure they are even lowers the same lenght as each other as that would move the axle around a little as well
