Now, I looked at the instructional sheet for the 10th time and see they provided 5ea 3/8" washers. Maybe they wanted me to use those to "fill the gap" between the bushing on the t-case yoke and the newly cut t-case shaft? It's not in the instructions.

My problem was the iro sye. The iro yoke was never intended to be used that way. It loosened slightly around the shaft and even though the bolt never came loose, there was a lot of play induced by that. I had to have a hd sye installed to fix everything. All in all, I spent over 2 grand on this with all the rebuilds and shims and trouble shooting.
