Driveline Thump/ vibration
i know, it sounds pretty vague. whenever i let off the gas abruptly, theres a thump coming from the middle of the truck, kind of like theres some slop somewhere. what could cause this?
also, on a competely unrelated topic, when my trucks rpm's gets up to about 3000 and up, it has a decent vibration. it isnt the driveline angles, because my suspension is at stock height. it also vibrates pretty good when the motor is at operating temp and idling, in park only.
my motor mounts look fairly new, dont know when they were changed though. what about the crank damper?

i recently had a problem with a clank, clunk or rattle which sounded like it was coming from the driveline...turned out to be my transmission mount. Hope that helps. good luck
