Default Driveline question when lifting

Im going from stock to a 6 inch setup lift. Do i need longer driveshafts? I unhooked my rear driveshaft to line up my rear with the leafs not theres a good 4 inch space between where its supposed to bolt to the diff. Will just a sye fix that or dropping the t/c or do i need extended shafts?
