Default driveline issues

well last week i put on my lift. did a s10 bastard pack in the back and 3in rough country coils in the front. i got a little over 3 in inthe front and a little over 4. today i took out the overload leaf and its pretty level now. but my big issue is i got like a grinding noise coming from underneath me in the driveline. whenever i let off the gas at a decent speed i get this grinding noise for a second. im thinking the pinion angle???

Pinion angle could cause or aggravate it, but i would look at the condition of the rear yoke (differential end) and u joints.
