Exclamation Drilling Bushings Larger????

I installed a 4.5" rusty's lift on my 99 XJ and the upper control arms seem to have alittle slack in them. I used the correct size metric bolts btw
(not 3/8).

My question is can I drill them out a hair bigger to 7/16 without any issues?

Thanks in advance
