drag link adjuster sleeve
I am replacing my tie rod with the rough country hd version, so while I'm at it I may as well replace all my tired tres. My question is, can I reuse the adjuster sleeve by the pitman arm? I know some things you don't reuse, ie u bolts and head studs, but is there any reason why I can't just use my old one?

You can reuse the adjuster sleeve,my drag link outer tie rod is worn out so I am just going to replace both tie rod ends as well as the adjuster sleeve to keep from having to fight with rusted siezed up parts. Also will be replacieing the other Two tie rods and the hollow adjusting tube with the iron rock soilid adjusting tube.I also have a busted driver side motor mount. I just bought 2 new front tires 31 1050 for 315 dollars so I need to get it aligned asap.

I ended up replacing all my steering past the pitman arm, all except that adjuster sleeve. A wire brush and some paint and its good as new. Aligned perfectly too.
