Engine: 4.0L 6 cylinder

Doors...

So I am completely lost when it comes to my doors, including the rear latch. I cant seem to get any to lock, and would love to fix this since i cant lock my jeep. I've also been curious about switch from all manual to power windows and locks. Any information on how to fix this/switch would be amazing! please let me know!

FYI im located in Syracuse NY

and every now and then im in Long Island
