It's a normal problem for these rigs. Mine does it too, its just a weak system. I've thought about rewiring it, or stuffing 14 volts through it, but I don't wanna fry anything.

From what I remember the power runs through the driver door to the front passenger door, and then to the rear. Overtime the system looses the amount of volts it takes to work the back doors. The write up tells you how to wire in a relay into your passenger kick panel and it gets the volts back up to 12.
anyways heres a link to a write up

i've had the same problem for a few years now. whenever i drive friends around and we need to open a back door i'm always telling them "don't open the door until i say you can." i hit the button once and then they try to open it and then the locks won't budge after that, and i always find myself yelling at them "dude, i told you to ****ing wait!" so i lock the doors again, and then they try to open them, so we rinse and repeat the cycle till i tell them to back away from it, lol.

i've thought about splicing the wires and reconfiguring the set up so that way the full amount of volts gets through and the door pop without any problems. just never actually sat down with the wiring diagram and figured out a plan yet though.
