Found the link to that door hinge fix if your interested. There are many threads on hinge fixes, this one is a no weld method I saved.

he said the door didnt come off he just didnt like the way it looked so he paid his neighbor 10 bucks to weld it for him so it doesnt fall off tho i noticed a pattern as he is a very heavyset guy, but when he got out of his truck he put all his weight on his door so maybe over the years that bent it outwards on mine? its a possibility, he said there wasnt a plate or anything added just welded to make sure it didnt come off. eh plus my brake problem came back today lol seems if i slam on them hard they stick oh well just adding to the list lol. i wish i can just leave the door on and use a piece of wood and another truck to gently nudge it back into place with the door shut while pushing it in but i am positive its gonna damage something.

Why not use a long pry bar in hinge itself and bend metal back. Or remove it shim. A door check needs to be installed def.

ohhh thats the shim? ugh i feel stupid lol i was looking around like where is it. can you tell i dont work often on cars and always google how to fix it? but that may solve alot of problems thanks for the pointer! all i have to do is support the door, remove the bolts or screws then remove it and reassemble. is there any torque specs i need to do?
