Same here. Driver's door drops about half an inch and slams on the latch (on the frame) when you close it.

You have to cut or drill out the old pin. Then replace it with this;

That'll work for me, but I didn't notice he said 96. I know I've seen something around about them. I know the older style used something like glued on hinges, and I know they can fail. Is it that or the pin?

I have the same problem with the sagging door. It is usally the shim inside the hinge that the pin is in. The kit I posted (link) provide a new shim, also the old pin has to be cut out and the pin in the kit has a c-clip so removal is easier after the replacement. I plan to change all the pins just for this option.

That link had the pin and bushing measurements. Measure your pins and see if they can be used.

I had a door pin problem on my Dodge truck. I found the pins at O'Reilly. Check there if you have that store in your area. Mine required a little drilling but it was no problem to install.

BTW, be gentle when closing your door. I would bring my door up to the latch and lift and pull to close. If you try, slamming the door a little harder you could break the door latch. Then you really have a problem. More down time and more costly.
