Hey guys im new to the fourm and im new to jeeps. I just purchased a pretty sound 94 2dr cherokee. I noticed when i open my driver door theres a harsh noise and after some investergating i noticed that the door hits the fender when i open the door and that there seems to be a small gap where the fender and door line is. It seems mabe the fender might need to be realigned and pulled out? Does this sound right or not really?

 

you mean the popping sound? Does the door really hit the fender?

The door check popping is very common on our vehicles when you open the door so see if it's that.
