Door lovks wont work

My problem is that I can lock my doors with the switch, but if I unlock with the switch, sometimes it works, sometimes not. When it DON'T work, it makes the clicking noise and moves the buttons a little, but I have to manually unlock the doors, and it is hard to press the buttons. Gotta wiggle them from lock to unlock a few times before it fully moves to unlock. Any ideas?
