Default Door Locks Acting Super Funky

This started about 2 weeks ago on my 2000 XJ: Whenever I shut the driver door, all the doors unlock. I think this is a feature for when the key is in the ignition so you don't lock your keys in the vehicle, but now it does it whether the keys are in or not. When I walk around to try and lock it from the passenger side, neither of the power lock buttons work.

hi..if i was you i would be looking for broken wires in the rubber door boots, and i would start by looking at the front passenger door boot for broken wires and repair as necessary.

Another possibility is the switch control has stopped functioning properly. This is what fixed mine.
