Default Door locks

i need help changeing my door locks on my 89 pioneer out. anyone who could make a step by step for dummies would be cool.

uhm also, i have the new cylinders but the diameter is definately smaller than the stock ones. is that gonna be a problem? or how do i fix that?

pull the door panel off first then move the plastic moisture cover out of the way then look on the inside of the door where the lock is and unhook the rod going to it then remove the clip holding the lock cylinder in pull it out and reverse for installation

alright. thanks. i will have to give it a shot when it stops pissing down rain. will that smaller cylinder matter at all?

it might when you pull the old one out compare the two if it looks like it will work try it, if it doesnt bring them back to wherever you got them from
