So today i took apart my door panels to see how easy it would be to add a light bracket using the mirror bolts. Now after i put the panel back on, the lock button (rocker) stays on lock but the door remains unlocked and neither will work the other way. Theres a lot of tension when trying to move the lock button and when trying the key on the outside. I work in 4 hours any help asap will be greatly appreciated

Edit: ive checked both connections of the arm and the door handle works just fine

 

Mine did this and I had my door apart and together several times until I disconnected the rocker and just use the power lock switch. Which is what I always use anyway...
