Door hinge bushings
My driver side front door is starting to sag and I was wondering if anyone has replaced the bushing in the hinge or has repaired this problem any other way

Yes, I've replaced mine. It's kind of a PITA, but not bad. You have to cut the pin in half. There is a plastic sleeve to cut first, then the pin. I used a dremel tool and it makes it easier if you pull the door check pin so the door will open a little further.
Cut the hinge pin at an angle, because you will have to drive the 2 halves out with a chisel. Then it's pretty easy to put it back together.
Definitely should have someone to help you lift the door on/off. I tried mine by using rope, etc. which worked but was a PITA lining everything up.
