My dome lights and glove light aren’t working. Radio and gauges ARE working. Checked the #9 fuse, it was blown. Thought that was it, but put a new fuse in and didn’t fix the problem.

Tried button on cargo dome light, as well as dimmer switch.

Any suggestions about where to start?

You didn't say what model year. If 97 and newer check fuse #16 in the PDC (underhood fuse box). It's a 15 amp. Not sure on earlier year models.

It's a 96, but I solved it. The PO ran a new constant 12v wire directly to the battery, so the pink wire on the harness was unused. I tried using the pink wire suspecting it had something to do with the dome light circuit but it didn't power the stereo, so I assume the PO cut it. Anyhow, I spliced the pink wire from the harness to the other hot wire from the battery, and that made the dome lights and key halo work. Then I connected both to the stereo harness, and everything works. Not sure exactly why-- maybe PO cut pink wire somewhere downstream so it's not receiving constant batt voltage, but there are circuits that run off it that I re-powered by splicing it into the new 12v wire?
