40-50 at idle warm and 60-70 at about 1500rpm's. And BTW I do the exact same thing with seafoam( put it in the PB booster a little at a time then stall it out (about half a can) and wait 5 minutes and restart, been doing it like this for many years and NEVER had a problem...Tj

 

also my idle is around 800rpm

 

My xj has 201000 miles. At warm idle it sits around 10, at 55 its a little above 40. I have heard that as long as its above 8 psi at idle it is fine.
