It looks like a windsheild washer fluid line but it comes out of the hatch into the back of the Jeep across the back to the paasenger side then goes into the trim that has the struts for the lift gate attached to it. I pulled on it but its connected to something I just cant figure out what.

First two pics look like a wiring harness to me. Rear defrost and wiper, power latch lock if you have that option.

Sure enough. I went and looked at mine- that's exactly what it is! (washer fluid line)

 

How can this be removed because the prier owner removed the rear window wiper motor and even removed the switch in the dash and cut the wires. So if I can I'd like to get rid of it.

 

pull it out maybe...?....

 

Dont wanna break it I cant figure out wat its connected to inside the jeep.
