I guess with the JKS ADJ. one it doesnt interfere with the mount like "strait" bars do. That must help alot with front end flex

Numerous wallow out because people dont like to use a torque wrench. They also think, once you torque it the first time you dont need to torque it again.

I keep a torque wrench with me all the time, well actually 2, one is for inch pounds. Goes up to like 30 ftlbs max. (click style) The other one starts at 45 and goes up to 250 ftlbs (click style) I am a big believer in keeping everything torqued down. and re torquing at certain mileage intervals.

We have so many threads on "front end pop when turning" due to people having lose track bars...

So as long as it stays torqued down (has for about 8 months now) it wont wallow and wont cause any issues.

Thanks for the responses.

I inherited this Wagoneer from my grandfather that passed away this year, he bought it shiney new off of the showroom floor and kept it immaculate....at least the parts he could see. With that in mind I really wan to do more of a restoration than anything else, however the suspension was shot...and if I was going to put in all new suspension I just couldn't help but add a few inches.

With all of your input I have decided to go with an adjustable track bar.

Thank you for all of your help I will start to gather pictures and post a build thread, I havent seen a whole lot of restorations so this should be and interesting project.

Thanks again.
