Do you actually need BPE's with a 2" BB
I have heard mixed reviews about whether it is necessary to install Bar Pin Eliminators when installing a 2" lift (coil spacers and Shackles) I would just replace with lift shocks, but all 4 shocks are pretty new and in good shape.
I dont use her for heavy offroad, basically just a daily driver and the occasional camping trail.
I know the stock-length shocks will be near or at their max extension.
I also know that BPE's have other positive side effects, but are they a must??
Thanks

I think they only help you never again use factory bolts/mounts. This is as shock bolts are such a problem on xjs. I could be wrong, as I often am. I think they are more of a solution and less of a mod.

Thanks, I know in addition to fixing the bolt problem, they reposition where the shocks mount, giving you extra shock "length" when lifting
