Default Disintegrating Part Name (&Solutions?)

I've got a wonderful old Jeep Cherokee '88 six cylinder (4.0L) but the darn oil hose keeps deteriorating on me and flaking bits of rubber into my engine. Does anyone know the part # for this hose, and if there's a better kind of hose to be using other than this rubber one?

Here's what you need:

Vacuum Harness; Rear
DORMAN Part # 46004 {OEM #53004868}
$16.21

Vacuum Harness; Front
DORMAN Part # 46003 {OEM #53004838}
$16.21

Oh, and BTW, you have a Cherokee, not a Grand Cherokee. Grand Cherokees came out in 1993.

Maybe he just means it's grand, like really cool. Tryin' to bring back the ol' slang? That's bully I say old chap, pip pip! Good show!
Now off to the haberdashery....

You mean Cherokee right since the Grand Cherokee didn't exist til 93, right?

Righto on the "Grand." And thanks for the part numbers!

P.S. Is there a better kind of vacuum harness that won't disintegrate on me?
