Default did a search nothing came up..

looking to find out how hard it is to install a cb radio..ive installed head units with no problem, wanted to also know if i would need anything eles along with the cb for installing or ect...

it is super easy.

wire up pos/neg.

run your coax cable to your antenna. Make sure your antenna has a good ground plate. Get a SWR meter and tune. Your good to go

if you can install a stereo a cb is even easier

yeah you shouldn't have any problem wiring it up, just find a good spot to mount it and run the wires.

tbh ive never seen a CB in real life, just in movies or tv.
wasnt sure.

and an SWR meter is to tune it...

you connect it via a patch cable (2ft coax cable) and you turn to channel 1 and "key on" and take a reading. then turn to channel 40 and "key on" and take a reading. They both should be matching readings. If not you need to legnthen or shorten the antenna. The best tunning is 1:1 but anything under 2.5:2.5 is acceptable anthing more than 2.5:2.5 will hurt your radio. Its really simple. YOu just need to do it a large open area
