Default did a Alternator upgrade

today i upgraded my alternator to a higher amp alternator. I put a 1998 grand cherokee 5.2l alternator in, which is a 136amp and stock is 117amp. took a little grinding to the bracket on the motor but not a bad upgrade to do. i bought the alternator from murrays auto parts for 154.99 and its a bosch with a lifetime warranty. I also put in a new Optima red top battery.

I couldnt find any type of right up on this for a 2001 cherokee so i figured i would just go for it.

im not sure but the thing i liked about this upgrade is that it has a lifetime free replacement warranty. Idk if you can even get a warranty on a rebuilt alternator.

mean green makes a bad *** alternator but its a little bit pricey and not much warranty. United auto parts can make you a 300amp alternator but no warranty.
