Diagnostic port?

Does anyone know what this goes to? Almost like an obd type? Mine is a 95 and I have the obd1 under the hood by the air box so what would this be?

Looked it up in the 95 FSM for you, and the only connector it appears to match is the C108 Data Link Connector.

Could it be the diagnostic port for the abs? Even tho mine does not have it?
