He meant his mounting bracket not "tab". Also they weld the brackets on so the bumper is one piece and it is hard to bolt the bumper on. Oh there completion time is very long.

i got mine from JCR offroad.Rock solid,good prices.(look at the blue and red with lights and winch,thats me)
