If you have fixed arms you can't adjust them

Don't just start replacing components and making adjustments. Diagnose the problem and fix. Do a dry steering test and go from there. Something is loose or worn you can find it with some investigation.

I jacked up the front end and gave everything a good wiggle only odd things I noticed is a slight horizontal play in the drivers side tire how easy it is to rotate my drag link with one hand and my steering stabilizer doesn't have much resistance when I turn the tires

Its not abnormal that you can turn your tires fairly easy with it off the ground. You need to make sure that your tie rod and drag link are turning on the same plane when you turn the wheels. If they arent then you need to start replacing TREs..
Im battling my own case of DW right now. SUCKS!

If your UC arms are adjustable then they should be easy to loosen and tighten. On my xj, Once I took the factory stamped arms out, the axle moved to the position it needed to be in. I then installed the new UCA's at the position the axle was currently in.

If you havent already done so, you should take the Jeep over and have the front end aligned. That will help out alot.

I was reading that another cause is not having a dropped pitman arm. My jeep is lifted either 4" or 4.5" with 31s and my pitman arm is stock should I also look into this?
