Default Death wobble help!!

I'll start off by saying I have a 2" bb and all stock steering components except for a rancho steering stabilizer. My steering wheel was siting offset towards my door so thought I would try to adjust it. I had read that I could loosen the two nuts on the sleeve between the pitman arm and the steering stabilizer then rotate to adjust steering wheel. I did this got the wheel centered and everything tightened up. Took it for a test drive on the highway hit 80kmh and the steering wheel started shaking bad and I slowed down. Got it home and put everything back the way it was and now it's still shaking. What did I do?

when you lifted it not only the the the steering wheel become offset but the angle of draglink to the tie rod changed causing the wheels to toe in. you need to adjust the toe by adjusting the tie rod.
