death wobble 2.0
ok here goes, please stop the eye rolling and boos. installed an rc 4.5 lift followed the intructions to a t. got my tires and rims balanced the day before i lifted the xj. i put stock tires on it. for 2 days due to waiting on wheel adapters. day 1 perfect no issues. day 2 death wobble on stock tires. day 3 installed adapters and the 33s i had balanced. more death wobble! took it and got it aligned was a lot better but still there at about 45-50 mph. put a new track bar on no difference. all my ball joints and tie rods look good to both me and the alignment shop. the bracketry is all tight so is the steering box. any other ideas guy?

New LCA's? New UCA's? Find the DW thread and perform the checks on your Track bar etc. You may think the TB is tight but if you feel ANY movement it's not. What kind of TB? Did you check your hubs? The increase in problems with larger wheels and spacers makes me think it's the hubs. Do a search for how to test for that.
More info is needed if you want reasonable diagnosis. If you want a really good one you'll have to pull into my garage. Report back with more info and you shall receive more in return.

correct me if I'm wrong Frank, but the castor should be set to 0 degrees meaning that your upper and lower ball joints are directly in a vertical line. and I believe the toe in should be 2-3 degrees. Frank knows for sure, so wait on him for the toe in info.

Don't know the degrees of toe in but it should be 1/8 inch
Go Jeep's site has a great write up on alignments.
